• Full name or preferred name

• Session preference

Passport or ID numbers required for the coast guard passenger manifest are collected separately by the captain prior to departure.

• To send you a booking confirmation email with your crew group link and digital guide
• To coordinate your sailing experience with the captain
• To notify you of upcoming sessions and updates via the crew group

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Payment Information

Registration fees are processed through ECPay (綠界科技), a third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card or payment details. Please refer to ECPay's privacy policy for more information.

4. Data Sharing

Your information is shared only with:

• The captain, for trip coordination and safety purposes
• ECPay, solely for payment processing

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your registration information for up to 12 months after your sailing experience, after which it is securely deleted.
